Fresh strawberries

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1/3 cup sour cream

1 cup heavy whipping cream

2/3 cup granulated sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 tbsp lemon juice (optional)

Graham cracker crumbs
Instructions

Wash and dry the strawberries. Slice in half and hollow slightly.

Whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.

Mix cream cheese, sour cream, sugar, vanilla, and lemon juice until smooth.

Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.

Pipe or spoon filling into the strawberry halves.

Sprinkle with graham crumbs.
