Description

A creamy, comforting mac and cheese made heartier with savory minced beef.


Ingredients

  • Elbow macaroni

  • Minced beef

  • Butter

  • All-purpose flour

  • Milk

  • Cheddar cheese

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Garlic powder

  • Paprika


Instructions

  • Cook macaroni until tender; drain.

  • Brown minced beef in a pan; set aside.

  • Melt butter, whisk in flour, then slowly add milk.

  • Stir in cheese and seasonings until smooth.

  • Combine beef and pasta with cheese sauce.

 

  • Serve hot or bake briefly if desired.

Notes
