Instructions

Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into the pan. Chill.

Whip heavy cream with powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.

Beat cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in whipped cream.

Divide mixture in half; mix gelatin and chopped strawberries into one half.

Layer sliced strawberries over the crust.

Spread the plain cheesecake mixture over the berries.

Chill several hours before slicing.
Notes
Dry strawberries well before adding.
