Description

These oven baked chicken thighs come out crisp on the outside and juicy on the inside with just a handful of everyday spices. This simple weeknight recipe is quick to prepare, full of flavor, and perfect for busy families who want a delicious dinner with minimal effort.


Ingredients

  • 6 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 ½ tsp salt

  • 1 tsp black pepper

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • ½ tsp dried thyme

  • ½ tsp dried oregano


Instructions

  • Heat oven to 425°F.

  • Dry chicken thighs well.

  • Place thighs on a lined baking sheet.

  • Brush with olive oil.

  • Sprinkle with seasoning mix.

  • Bake 30–40 minutes or until 165°F inside.

 

  • Rest 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

Smoked paprika adds rich flavor.

Boneless thighs cook faster.
