Ingredients
– 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
– 1 tsp salt
– 1/2 tsp black pepper
– 1 tsp garlic powder
– 1 tsp onion powder
– 1 tbsp olive oil
– 4 oz cream cheese, softened
– 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
– 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
– 1/4 tsp salt
– 1/4 tsp black pepper
– 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
– 1 garlic clove, minced
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
2. Slice a pocket into each chicken breast.
3. Season chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
4. Mix cream cheese, spinach, mozzarella, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and garlic.
5. Stuff each chicken breast with the filling.
6. Heat oil in an oven-safe skillet and sear chicken on both sides.
7. Move skillet to the oven and bake 18–22 minutes, or until chicken reaches 165°F.
8. Rest 5 minutes before serving.
