Instructions

Add strawberries, sugar, honey, lemon juice, and salt to a slow cooker.

Cook on low until strawberries break down and thicken.

Blend until smooth.

Continue cooking uncovered until spreadable.

Stir in vanilla, cool, and store.
Notes
Thickens further as it cools.
