Ingredients

1 oz freeze-dried strawberries, powdered

Instructions

Crush freeze-dried strawberries into a fine powder and mix with powdered sugar.

Melt white chocolate in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.

Pour melted chocolate over cereal and fold gently with a spatula.

Add coated cereal to the strawberry-sugar mixture and shake until fully coated.

Spread on a parchment-lined pan and let cool for 10–15 minutes.

Store in an airtight container at room temperature.
Notes
Only use freeze-dried berries to maintain crisp texture.
Work in batches for the best coating.
