Ingredients

  • 6 boneless skinless chicken thighs

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 ½ tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • 1 tsp dried Italian seasoning

  • ¾ tsp salt

  • ½ tsp black pepper

  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice (optional)


Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425°F.

  • Pat chicken dry and coat with olive oil.

  • Mix garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
