Ingredients

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon paprika

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 cup finely chopped broccoli

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

¼ cup plain Greek yogurt or light cream cheese

½ teaspoon dried parsley

1 tablespoon olive oil for searing
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Mix broccoli, cheddar, yogurt or cream cheese, and parsley.

Cut a pocket into each chicken breast.

Season chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.

Stuff the chicken with the broccoli-cheddar mixture.

Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear chicken on both sides.

Bake 18–22 minutes or until chicken reaches 165°F.
