Description

A fresh, sweet strawberry salsa paired with crisp, warm cinnamon-sugar tortilla chips—perfect for snacking or entertaining.

Ingredients

For the Salsa

  • Fresh strawberries, diced

  • Lime juice

  • Honey or sugar

  • Chopped fresh mint (optional)

For the Chips

  • Flour tortillas

  • Melted butter or neutral oil

  • Granulated sugar

  • Ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking pan with parchment.

  2. Mix diced strawberries, lime juice, and honey in a bowl. Add mint if using; set aside.

  3. Combine cinnamon and sugar in a small bowl.

  4. Brush tortillas lightly with butter or oil, then sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.

  5. Cut tortillas into triangles and arrange on the baking pan.

  6. Bake 8–12 minutes until crisp and lightly golden.

  7. Cool completely. Serve with strawberry salsa.

Notes

Add lime juice slowly to avoid overly thin salsa.

Chips crisp more as they cool—don’t overbake.

Fresh berries give the best flavor and texture.
